My main research area is Hamiltonian dynamical systems with an emphasis on KAM theory in finite and infinite dimensions and the use of analysis to study the dynamical properties of lattice systems.

The big ones that matter that have to do with the souls around me that I do or do not know. The ones that require both the path of the heart and the path of work. What I want to do is cower in the corner with my helplessness in the face of what cannot be controlled or changed.

Saturday, November 14, 2009. Their principal has banned the word made famous by Beaker from The Muppets because the kids were going to repeat the word over and over again to disrupt class. Seems to me if these kids were up enough on technology, they could have easily come up with a different word to use and thus avoid possible suspension. Sunday, September 6, 2009.
